BIG Book Sale & Balloon Artist
The Friends of the Chehalis Library are hosting a BIG Book Sale at the end of July to support the Vernetta Smith Chehalis Timberland Library.
The sale will be held in connection with ChehalisFest, and will run on both Friday, July 29, and Saturday, July 30. All proceeds will go directly to paying for kids and adult programming at the Chehalis Library.
A "Members Only" preview will be offered to current members of any Timberland Library Friends Group regards of current library affiliation.
In addition, the library will be hosting a balloon artist outside in the front courtyard and will have a booth downtown, so feel free to stop by for a balloon animal and other goodies!
The books available for purchase through the sale will include kids and adult fiction and nonfiction as well as gift and holiday books, vintage books, biographies and memoirs and more. Prices will range from around 50 cents to $3 for most books depending on binding type (i.e., small paperbacks will be cheaper than larger hardbacks).
